Softening Agents
Micro Silicone BA-40 – Clear Silicone
High-purity, clear silicone based on Micro-Emulsion technology, allowing it to penetrate fibers deeply, providing excellent internal softness without affecting color or sheen. It boasts high stability on fabrics during washing and drying and works effectively on cotton, polyester, and blends. Suitable for production lines requiring a natural look without excessive moisture or staining.
Macro Silicone YZ-40 – Milky Silicone
Concentrated milky silicone with Macro-Emulsion technology is used to visibly improve surface texture and provides a luxurious hand feel, especially for lightweight fabrics and sportswear. It boasts excellent stability at varying temperatures during dyeing and Casting. and does not cause yellowing or discoloration. It forms a smooth surface layer that enhances fabric flow and elasticity.
Softener Paste
A powerful paste-based softener with enhanced fatty acids that provides superior softening and exceptional stability during processing. It works in a balanced way to impart a soft feel without negatively impacting the fabric’s tensile strength or absorbency. Ideal for production lines requiring strong and continuous softening after repeated washing, it is easily incorporated into various blends.
Flakes Softener – Flakes Softener
A fatty acid-based flakes softener with excellent wash-after-wash stability and strong fiber penetration, enhancing elasticity. It imparts a natural, flexible hand feel to fabrics and is a high-performance, economical option for textile factories with frequent wash cycles. It works effectively on cotton and blends and withstands standard melting temperatures.
GS-50 – Softening Blend
A balanced blend of softeners and lightweight silicones, providing noticeable softness with a distinctive scent and high fabric adhesion. The formula is non-staining and non-separating, and it spreads easily through fibers to deliver a soft, velvety hand feel. Suitable for T-shirt, underwear, and light garment production lines requiring consistent and regular softening.
EN-SPL – Casting Aid
A specialized coating aid that inflates fabrics and increases bulk, giving them a spongy, voluminous appearance without compromising fabric strength. It improves fiber elasticity and increases volume, thus enhancing the value of the final product. It is designed to withstand the temperatures of the coating lines and deliver consistent results in every production cycle.
MIC-Z400 – 60% Concentrated Silicone
Highly concentrated silicone used in the manufacture of silicone blends or as an additive to improve softness and feel. It provides strong fiber conditioning and forms a thin film that delivers continuous softness. Its dilution can be controlled according to the fabric type and the desired softness level, making it suitable for factories that need to design customized products for their production line.
Dyeing & Processing Auxiliaries
LEP-80 – Polyester Levelling Agent
A highly concentrated (98%) leveling agent specifically designed for polyester fabrics. It ensures even dye distribution within the drum and prevents patchiness during the heat lifting stage. It boasts excellent high-temperature fastness, guaranteeing uniform dyeing even at high speeds. The low dosage (0.1–0.5 g/L) makes it a highly efficient and economical solution.
Levelling Cotton
A specialized cotton leveling agent that helps distribute dye evenly and prevents it from settling on specific areas of the fabric. It works effectively at the medium temperatures used in cotton dyeing and prevents patchiness. It is easily soluble and reacts quickly, making it suitable for production lines that require consistent quality and uniform results.
EN-Sequestring
An active ingredient that removes calcium and magnesium minerals from water, preventing them from reacting with dyes and improving color fastness. It purifies bath water and protects fabrics from stains caused by mineral impurities. Essential before dyeing for cleaner, more consistent results, especially in hard water environments.
Anti-Crease Agent
A specialized agent that prevents creases and folds during dyeing, especially under heavy loads or at high temperatures. It improves fiber slippage and reduces internal friction, maintaining a smooth, flawless surface. Essential for dyeing polyester and cotton to ensure smooth and uniform results.
EN-APE-POW – Raw Lint Enzyme
A high-purity powdered enzyme used to remove lint from fabric surfaces, especially cotton and blends. It breaks down fine surface fibers without affecting the fabric’s strength, resulting in a smoother surface that is better prepared for dyeing or softening. It exhibits good stability at normal operating temperatures and excellent technical performance.
EN-OR200 – Oil Remover
An effective oil remover used at a low concentration (0.5 g/L), it removes oils, waxes, and industrial oil residues from fabrics before or after dyeing. It features high dispersing and emulsifying power, improving dye absorption and preventing unwanted staining. Suitable for most production lines.
EN-OR300 – Concentrated Oil Remover
A highly concentrated oil remover that works at a very low dosage (0.2 g/L). Suitable for fabrics contaminated with heavy oils or industrial greases. It features high breaking power and rapid reaction time, making it ideal for factories that require deep cleaning before the dyeing stage to ensure color quality and fastness.
Fixing Agent – Dye Fixer
A highly efficient fixing agent that bonds dye to fibers to prevent color bleeding during washing and enhance color fastness. It reduces color bleeding and increases color durability, especially in dark fabrics. Suitable for cotton, polyester, and blends, it contributes to improving the quality of the final product and reducing post-wash complaints.
